The short
version
I work at the operational end of businesses. Where profit is made or lost. The part where a process either runs cleanly or quietly eats into somebody's evening.
For the last few years that has meant AI. Not demos, not theatre, and not a strategy deck nobody opens. Invoicing that runs itself. Reporting that is right the first time. Agents that do a real job and are trusted to keep doing it.
I co-founded RayTen to build it for clients, TakeOff to prove the same thinking as a product, and 10xThinking to teach it to the people running the businesses.

I talk about AI adoption in a way non-technical rooms can act on the next morning. Conferences, leadership away days, and closed sessions for teams who are past the curiosity stage and want to know what to actually do.
I also take on a small number of advisory roles each year, where the fit is right and I can be useful rather than decorative.
